The album is a work of love for the art of music. My goal was to make a contemporary jazz album that is accessible to any kind of listener. My goal was to record this album before the summer was out. Initially I was not planning on playing with a bassist but decided to add Michelangelo two rehearsals before recording. We had a lot of fun despite being under a lot of pressure to preform. I hope that this album will bring joy to the world as every time I listen to it I am simply amazed with what is possible with imagination and dedication.
